TH620 is an alkali-free glass fiber joint strand non-twist coarse yarn for SMC, produced with ECR glass. It is compatible with UP, VE, and other resin systems, used to manufacture sheet molding compound (SMC) products, widely applied in construction, marine, automotive, electronics, and electrical industries.

使用说明 / Instructions for Use

• 本产品应在6个月内使用最佳，使用前应保持在原包装内。使用时需注意防护，避免擦毛或损伤。建议在使用前将纱线的温湿度调整至与环境温度平衡，并控制使用温度在5°C至30°C之间。在使用过程中，请合理控制压力并确保张力均匀。同时，定期对刀辊和皮带进行维护保养。
  This product is best used within 6 months and should be stored in its original packaging before use. Handle with care to avoid abrasion or damage. Adjust the yarn’s temperature and humidity to match the environment before use, and maintain a temperature between 5°C and 30°C. Ensure uniform tension during operation. Regularly maintain the knife roller and conveyor belt.

包装信息 / Packaging Information

每个纱团用 PE 缠绕膜或 PVC 热塑袋包装后放入托盘或纸箱，每个托盘可码放48或64个纱团，每个纱团重量13-20kg，可根据用户要求定重。托盘堆高不大于2层，纸箱堆高不大于5层。可根据用户要求定制包装方式。
Each yarn ball is packed in PE wrapping film or PVC thermoplastic bags and placed on pallets or in cartons. Each pallet holds 48 or 64 yarn balls. Weight per yarn ball: 13-20kg (customizable). Pallet stacking height ≤2 layers; carton stacking height ≤5 layers. Custom packaging available.

贮存 / Storage

TH620 建议贮存在干燥、通风和防水的地方，环境温度控制在5°C-35°C，相对湿度35%-65%。不使用时请勿打开包装或扎紧包装口，以免受潮。托盘堆码高度不应超过三层，堆放时需平稳操作。
TH620 should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and waterproof environment (temperature: 5°C-35°C; humidity: 35%-65%). Keep the package sealed when unused. Pallet stacking height must not exceed 3 layers; handle with care during stacking.
