TH520 是连续板材成型工艺用合股无捻粗纱，表面涂覆硅烷基浸润剂。适用于增强不饱和聚酯树脂与亚克力树脂等。TH520 产品具有极快速的渗透性，与不饱和树脂匹配性好，适合生产对透明度要求高的 FRP 板材。
TH520 is a non-twisted coarse yarn used in the continuous plate molding process, and the surface is coated with silane infiltration agent. It is suitable for enhancing unsaturated polyester resin and acrylic resin, etc.
TH520 products have extremely fast permeability and good compatibility with unsaturated resins, making them ideal for producing FRP sheets with high transparency requirements.

• 本产品应在6个月内使用最佳，使用前应保持在原包装内。使用时需注意防护，避免擦毛或损伤。建议在使用前将纱线的温湿度调整至与环境温度平衡，并控制使用温度在5°C至30°C之间。在使用过程中，请合理控制张力并确保张力均匀。同时，定期对刀辊和皮带进行维护、保养。
  This product is best used within 6 months and should be stored in the original packaging before use. Handle with care to avoid abrasion or damage. Before use, adjust the yarn’s temperature and humidity to match the environment, and maintain a usage temperature between 5°C and 30°C. Control tension uniformly during operation. Regularly maintain the knife roller and conveyor belt.

每个纱团用 PE 缠绕膜或 PVC 热塑袋包装后放入托盘或纸箱，每个托盘可码放48或64个纱团，每个纱团重量14-20kg，可根据用户要求定量。托盘堆高不大于2层，纸箱堆高不大于5层。可根据用户要求定制包装方式。
Each yarn ball is packed in PE wrapping film or PVC thermoplastic bags and placed on pallets or in cartons. Each pallet holds 48 or 64 yarn balls. Weight per yarn ball: 14-20kg (customizable). Pallet stacking height ≤5 layers; carton stacking height ≤5 layers. Custom packaging available.

贮存 / Storage

TH520 建议贮存在干燥、通风和防水的地方，环境温度控制在5°C~35°C，相对湿度35%~75%。不使用时请勿打开包装或扎紧包装口，以免受潮。托盘堆码高度不应超过三层，堆放时需平稳操作。
TH520 should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and waterproof environment (temperature: 5°C-35°C; humidity: 35%-75%). Keep the package sealed when unused. Pallet stacking height must not exceed 3 layers; handle with care during stacking.
